Just a follow-up. I’m not an avid user of Google docs but figured it all out. Thanks

Larissa, I didn't listen in on Monday. How can I watch a replay?

I have your name written down from the live talk on Sunday, but I couldn't find your email. Are you registered for the class?

I took the quiz, but missed the first two questions. I was not sure if the study material was our very first meeting. I used this video as my study material. You mentions near the beginning that “2020” was the NRP , but “2020” was not a choice to choose from. And for some weird reason I didn’t see question #2. LOL I’m a mess. I am learning a lot though.

It was from the first session, and you can get the info from the slides. If I said 2020 I misspoke! It was 2000.

I'm an ESL tutor for an adult and would love to do the Volunteer training. Today is June 10 so I fear I'm too late for the current session. Will it be offered again in the future? Or if I pay the $100 can I access all the recordings and materials? Thank you!

I was unable to commit to the training schedule that you have set up for the volunteers. Are there any plans for future trainings that are either pre-taped or on a different schedule than the current ones?

If you are taking one of the VLP trainings, or you would just like to know more about basic literacy tutoring with adults, please come to this live session on Sunday.

Decoding is reading. Turning the written code (words on the page) back into speech.

Encoding is spelling: putting speech into code (words on the page).
